A starter structure for writing a DESIGN.md file for your own product.

Suggested outline

Use sections for product feel, color, typography, spacing, components, page layouts, interaction states, examples, and forbidden patterns. Keep headings predictable so agents can scan it quickly.

Minimum useful file

For launch, document primary colors, font stack, radius, button styles, card rules, form behavior, navigation, empty states, and screenshot references. You can refine later.

Submission tip

Once your file exists, submit the public URL to DesignMD Directory so other builders and agents can discover it.
