Add DESIGN.md to the repo root or docs folder, then reference it before UI work. Ask Cursor to follow tokens, layout rules, and anti-patterns from the file.
Best fit
This works especially well for shadcn, Tailwind, Next.js App Router, settings pages, dashboards, onboarding, and reusable product surfaces.
